the result bellow is in the event of using default context connection
it look that it is looking for an rmi connection.
however, in the event of using minimal connection it fail to connect.
so, what is that supposing to mean?

first of all, in the code snippet you give us, modify it to *lookup* i.e.
before binding anything, could you please try to first lookup something and
be sure it works. I am absolutely sure your problem is not with the binding
of data but with the access to your JNDI server on the first place.

What was the result of the "telnet" I've mentionned before?
