use

run -c minimal
this will start jboss just with the minimal conf (JMX, deployers, Classloading)

or

from the <conf you are using>/deploy remove the jbossweb.sar dir.

A configuration is a dir in the jboss/server.

Subject: [JBoss-user] Jboss dist w/o a Servlet container?

Hello,

Where can I get a version of JBoss that
comes with no servlet container?

I am trying to use Resin with JBoss, so I
would like to get a version of JBoss that
comes without any other Servlet containers -
no Tomcat, no Jetty.

The closest thing I found is at
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/jboss/jboss-3.0.4.zip

However, even that includes org.mortbay
(Jetty) classes in a form of 'jbossweb'.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thank you,
Otis
