swap the jars in .../deploy/jbossweb.sar/ for their equivalent in the Jetty distro, using org.mortbay.jetty-1.2.jar in place of org.mortbay.jetty.jar (...jetty.jar is for 1.4, ...jetty-1.2.jar for 1.2&1.3) if you are running on 1.3 JVM.
errr....

E.G., JBoss 3.0.x in the default deployment contains the jetty-service, and I would like to understand better how I may be able to obtain the newest Jetty version and plop it into the service. I guess my real question is how do I know I am using the correct version of an MBean to deploy the Jetty Service properly, or is it something I need to just wait for or develop myself for new Jetty versions? I guess it then follows is mortbay active in editing the mbean with each "Standalone" version? Where are the MBean classes developed?
