It tries (rather feebly it seems) to delete the tmp copies at the end of
undeploying a package.  I thought this worked on linux, apparently I was
wrong or it got broken somehow.  I think the cleanup code is in the system
module in org.jboss.deployment.DeploymentInfo.  You might want to file a
bug.
