dummy tools.jar in your classpath if you want.
unfortunately, you have to - sometimes :) what do you zip into your dummy tools? i like to put tic-tac-toe into.

tools.jar from jdk/lib is required to compile jsp pages. Copy it to jre/lib/ext or add to CLASSPATH.
