You would need to include jboss-common-jdbc-wrapper.jar jboss-[local/xa]-jdbc.rar
in each ear, and remove them from the lib and deploy dirs. (Of course, include the driver itself also) Be sure to scope every ear. This much should solve the jboss classloading problems. With local tx (non-xa driver) there is a good chance the DriverManager implementation will prevent this from working. I think there is a better chance of it working with xa drivers.
