A single ear containing the EJB jar and the two wars should work for you. An application.xml will look something like this:
<application> <display-name>My App</display-name> <module> <web> <web-uri>war1.war</web-uri> <context-root>/war1</context-root> </web> <web> <web-uri>war2.war</web-uri> <context-root>/war2</context-root> </web> </module> <module> <java>myejb.jar</java> </module> </application>
