Sure :) I dont have jboss now in front of my eyes but you should go to $JBOSS_HOME/doc/examples/tomcat (something like that) you will have there an ant script somethign with a name like bla-tomcat5-bla.xml run it with ANT and you'll have another configuration tomcat5 for you ready ! as easy as that! :)
