1) you need to have the mysql jar in the "lib" directory of your jboss install. the 
code will function correctly and use hsql, but you need to have the mysql jar on the 
classpath (this should be fixed at some point).

nukes uses straight jdbc to persist it's configuration settings (security, etc) to the 
database. 

2) the modules being released for nukes 1.1 will support having their tables created 
via cmp. only the "core" tables won't be supported by cmp for this release (this is 
b/c there is no way to create a unique constraint via cmp table creation, so we need 
to figure something else out to deal w/ this).
