I built the example "Interest" bean and deployed the jar and now am trying to run the client. However when I run it I get the following error javax.naming.CommunicationException: Receive timed out [Root exception is java.n et.SocketTimeoutException: Receive timed out] I get the context and try to lookuo the home interface and while doing it I get this error. I am running JBOSS-3.2.5 on a windows 2000 PC. I disable my personal firewall. Anyone have any ideas why one gets this and how to fix it?
