The managedConnectionFactoryName option should be either jboss.jca:servce=LocalTxCM,name=OracleDS or jboss.jca:servce=LocalTxCM,name=OraDSIG2 since the name key needs to map to the jndi-name setting from the *-ds.xml configuration.
