Essential Job Functions:  Lead Developer of JBoss Microkernel (new product development)  Develop Customer Support structure for JBoss products  Help form strategy, develop, document, train on microkernel product  Code development and QA  Provide onsite support to customers  Be responsible for answering technical support questions that come down the support queue. Required Skills and Experience:  8+ years of professional work experience.  5+ years software testing experience using Java, Ant and Junit or similar testing frameworks.  JBoss experience is essestial  Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on quality assurance  Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Engineering field is preferred.
