The two tables JMS_MESSAGES and JMS_TRANSACTIONS are dynamically created in the database even when I deliberatley delete them just to test. Then I can safely assume that the connectivity between the persistence Manager and the database is fine. Isn't it?
Should I check any specific file which would come into picture while running the SQL's for persistence?
