Firstly do you really have a need to have both application servers installed?
The easiest option would be to just remove the Sun application server and work
with the JBoss application server.
If you do really want to run two app servers one option is to configure JBoss
to use a different port for the web container.
In the file {jboss.hom}/server/default/deploy/jbossweb-tomcat55.sar/server.xml
search for the port 8080 and replace it with another port not used on your
system.
