Ok, found the failure:
following statment is false:
LIKE '%{0}%'
This must be:
LIKE '%'+{0}+'%'
And following statment is also false:
LIKE CONCAT('%',CONCAT({0},'%'))
MS SQL don't know the function CONCAT
