This tells the deployer that there is a jar file directly under Ps.ear by the 
name Ps.jar, and it contains EJBs.

So, your Ps.ear  should contain Ps.jar inside it.
Please, run the following command from the command prompt and post the output:

jar -tf Ps.ear

This will output the contents of your Ps.ear
