You should invoke JBoss from "all" config directory.

This must be why I am having the same problem, but can someone please explain
what this means?

I tried to start jboss from the jboss4.0.2/../all/conf directory using
/jboss_4.0.2/bin/run
but I must not be getting what this means.
After I deployed the jboss cache xml file
file by copying jboss-cache1.2.4/etc/META_INF/tree-aop-service.xml to jboss
default deploy directory as service.xml. I still get the Class Loader problems.

Thank you,

Ken
