The effect of this issue is that if a cluster gets split (for example some network problem prevents communication and causes the cluster to form two smaller clusters), the pieces will not be able to merge properly once network partition is healed. Services that depend on the DistributredReplicantManager service such as HA-JNDI, HA-RMI, farming and HASingleton will be affected.
