There are two relate bugs in EJB3 ...
I solve the problem eliminating passivation for SFSB in this way
@Stateful
@Name("searchDonatore")
@Cache(value=NoPassivationCache.class)
//@Conversational(ifNotBegunOutcome = "main")
@Interceptor(SeamInterceptor.class)
public class SearchDonatoreImpl implements SearchDonatore, Serializable {
....
