ok, I was running the following:
jboss-4.0.2
aop-1.1.2
jdk-1.4
and everything was running fine with aopc and at run time.
then I have upgraded to jdk 1.5 and aopc with aop-1.1.2 was failing (some array
resolution problem)
so then I have upgraded to aop-1.3 and aopc would run fine but at run time I
would get the NullPointerException mentioned above.
I have also tried to run aop-1.3 with jdk-1.4, but still same issue
(all the relevant lib for jdk1.4 and 1.5 were used properly)
I could provide some sample code if needed for resolution, but it worked fine
with aop-1.1.2, so unless something changed with 1.3 it's probably not relevant.
