We need to delete the bdbje package
(http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/jakarta/jcs/trunk/auxiliary-builds/jdk14/src/java/org/apache/jcs/auxiliary/disk/bdbje/)

Sleepycat's licence has downstream issues for commercial users, so
it's not something that ASF projects can use.
