Hello,
In dbforms, there are tags for manipulating records,
<db:navNextButton/>, <db:navNewButton/> etc. Tags that automatically
create buttons that make some "special" calls to the /servlet/control servlet.
I managed to "play" with my jsp pages and created images that can do
the same work. (<input type="image" blah blah..>)
But what about text links? I mean that I want to show a text (let's
say that we have a text menu about customers and we have the following
choices: "New customer, Edit/View customer, Delete customer"). How can
someone make the proper calls to the /servlet/control servlet?
I believe that a tag like <db:navNextLink>textlabel</db:navNextLink>
should do the work..
Oh, and something else. There is the {@name} parameter that returns the
name of each table. How can I retrieve the id of each table? Something
like {@id} should return this, but it returns nothing.
