I am certain this has been asked and answered many times...but I am wondering if anyone can provide me with explicit instructions as to how I have a form as my start page without it pre-populating from the database. I just want a blank form intially and I want to enter in data and forward the user to a list. From the list I would like the user to be able to "Add a New Record".
