the docfile from dbforms.org:

http://www.dbforms.org/docs/usersguide/word/DbForms_UserGuide_v1_1.doc

We should not do massive updates, who knows if Philip has
some work in progress, but new sections or bigger extensions
at one single place should not make problems. I hope that Philip will
go on and maintain the manual when he comes back. We should try
to help him as much as possible by using the format he has chosen.

Maybe we should look for someone to maintain the manual until
Philip comes back.

- insert new sections submitted by contributors
- know which parts are updated (just in case....)
- transform it into a PDF from time to time
- have a look at the list and check if there are any
extensions that should be documented within the
  manual and ask for it

This person would not have to write the doc about
other people's extensions, that should be done by the
contributors themselves.

Regards

Dirk
