Question: why don't my generated list_and_single_pages don't give me an insert button?
the following is in the jsp page but renders nothing. <db:insertButton styleClass="clsButtonStyle" caption="Insert new ..."/> I tried to look through the archives for an answer at http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/forum.php?forum=jdbforms-interest but got the following: ERROR Either your mailing list name was misspelled or your mailing list has not been archived yet.
