[dbforms] problems using textArea i8n

Hi   I'am try to use textArea tags to input text, the client will input texts in spanish, but when the client enter for example:     Desarrollo de aplicaci�n y programaci�n.   Only saves:   Desarrollo de aplicaci       But if I enter:   Desarrollo de aplicación y programación.   Everything is ok, but this is very odd to explain to a simple user.   Any idea ?   TIA   LFung
