Yes, I figured you would choose something more appropriate. I used "/" to get it working :) You know newbies, I wanted to confirm it would work for me.
BTW... have you seen the Connection Pooling implementation at http://proxool.sourceforge.net ? It was very easy to use. No additional code was needed. All that is required is to use the proxool jdbc driver and then use their connect string that simply wraps your actual jdbc connect string. For example (in my dbforms-config.xml) <dbconnection name = "proxool.pooledSPA:oracle.jdbc.OracleDriver:jdbc:oracle:thin:@//10.0.0.210:1 521/orcl" isJndi = "false" conClass = "org.logicalcobwebs.proxool.ProxoolDriver" username = "me" password = "myPasswordNOT" /> tom > -----Original Message----- > From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Behalf Of > Henner Kollmann > Sent: 2004, February 12 2:19 AM > To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > Subject: AW: [dbforms] null pointer thrown when using dbForms in a war > > > Thanks for your patch.
