OK, now let's plan the details.
We have 2 places where we could add the forceUpload flag:
1. In the dbforms-config.xml as table attribute.
In this case the upload will be overriden in each call of the update
of the table.
2. As attribute of the dbform tag in a jsp. So we can decide to override
the update in each form.
What do you would prefer?
What do the others prefer?
