I haven't yet experimented with checking out from the CVS tree, so if it's
less than 1Mb, please do mail it - thank you. Will you be submitting any
changes you've made back to Paul Kinnucan?

I'm not with you there - is XEmacs 21.1.3 going to be officially released
as non-beta?

Would it help if I tested them? (Bearing in mind I don't really have the
faintest clue about XEmacs, Lisp or JDE - and I don't know what needs
testing...)
Alternatively I'll wait patiently. Well, fairly patiently, anyway. Looks as
though commercial Java work is on hold for a few weeks, so I can await
developments.

Weird but Wonderful. And I usually find it a good deal easier to find what
I'm looking for than in NT/Emacs. There are still outstanding issues, but
then Life seems to be a fairly outstanding issue.
Thanks again - a lot of work has gone into these tools. I look forward to
the day when they're as widespread and as easy to use as Codewright!
