One thing that I find confusing is how some variable customizations are in
the "project" group, and some are in the "run" or "debug" group. I often
have to hunt through both groups until I find the variable I need. Is it
possible to have variables in BOTH the "project" and "debug" group? A good
example is "jde-db-source-directories".
