setting source directories ...

Hi,

Is there a way to set source directories in the .emacs file without
having to create a JDE project file?  It seems that when I start a debug
session and set the source directories ... the next time I begin a debug
session, the directory listing is lost.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.
