Let's try to narrow the problem down. First, try to see if you can
start the debugger. Do this by selecting JDEBug->Processes->Start Debugger.
If this is successful, next try to launch the application by
selecting JDEBug->Processes->Launch Process. Let me know in which of
these commands the error occurs. Provide a complete listing of both the JDEBug
and the *messages* buffer.
