This is not the case for JDE-2.1.5. All the lisp files are contained in
the top-level directory. This changed with JDE-2.1.6beta.
To answer Ghlamallah's ooriginal question: did you open a .java file
with emacs? Emacs will not display the JDE menus unless there buffer is
a Java file.
