It does work (with some small configuration changes - see previous messages),
but XEmacs still has a lot of rough edges on NT.
I think Paul doesn't recommend using it because he (quite rightly) doesn't want
to get bogged down sorting out XEmacs issues.
I would also recommend using 21.2 rather than 21.1, because (paradoxically) more
features actually work!
