You have to read the entire ReleaseNotes.txt file in reverse order.
JDEBug was introduced about JDE-2.1.6beta5. The configuration instructions
are there.
Sorry about this but I don't plan to update the JDE doc until I finish
implementing the debugger. So all the doc is in the ReleaseNotes and in
the docstring for jde-bug commands.
