Hi Andy, The Submit Bug Report command mispells the name of the *JDEbug* buffer and hence never gets its contents. So with the current JDE release, it does not matter when you execute the command. The resulting report will always omit the critical *JDEbug* buffer. I apologize for the mixup. I've fixed this bug and will issue a new JDE release shortly to include the fix. I've also expanded the command to include your *Messages* buffer and the *Backtrace* buffer if present. These buffers often give vital clues as to the cause of a problem. In the meantime, if you could make your own copy of the buffer contents and send it to me when the error occurs, I'd appreciate it. Regards, Paul
