Somebody answered me in e-mail, and advised me to use Linux instead of
Solaris Intel because of the lack of drivers.
Well - that is not an option here at my university! We have
approx. 40 Intel machines running Solaris and they work great!
We also have Sparc machines, but these machines are much more
expensive than their corresponding intel machines.
So SUN if you hear this - please do a recompile of your Java Software :))
