The JDE User's Guide has sections on compiling, running, and debugging
programs. In addition, you can get help for every JDE command by typing C-h
f command-name (e.g., C-h f jde-compile) and help for every JDE
customization variable by typing C-h v variable-name (e.g., C-h v
jde-global-classpath). If there are specific points in this doc that you
find confusing, I would be glad to try to clear them up.
