April. My best bet might be to wait for that one but I just wanted to
know if I setted my things correctly. I have winNT 4 with SP 4.

NT/XEmacs requires that you use java (not javaw) to launch the debugger. See the JDE mailing list archive for an extensive discussion of this subject.
