Hi All, Today I resolved problems I've been having with using the JDE on a Windows network. Although it was only today that I made the connection, the trouble began a few weeks ago when I moved my JDK 1.2.2 installation, including the JPDA compatibility package, from my local hard drive to a drive on another server. I did this so I could demo JDEbug at other computers on our Windows network, for example, in our conference rooms, using my Windows/NT profile. After that, I began to have been having problems with the JDE, for example, in setting breakpoints. The debugger would resolve them but never actually stop. Further, I noticed other problems with the setup, such as that the vm did not deal with paths of the form //server/drive/dir1/dir2. Today, I reinstalled JDK 1.2.2 and JPDA on my local drive and things are back to normal. I thought I'd post this in case anyone else might have, or be tempted to try, a similar setup. - Paul
