I have the EXACT setup and tried the same without the lockup. One thing
I did experience was when using the menu, I selected Exit Debugger and
javaw.exe took an exception violation (I am assuming this is a VM
problem, and I couldn't duplicate it either.), and when I selected
cancel to debug, it did nothing. ???
On a different note, when debugging, every time I attempt to step
through a line of code (using jde-bug-step-over) I get prompted for the
source directory. I loaded the debugger and then saved my prj.el file
(via the menu). It look OK in the prj.el, it being
jde-db-source-directories. Is there something else I need to set? The
minibuffer states:
Cannot find xxx source. Enter path:
and the default path it provides is the correct path, so all I need to
do is hit RET, but that gets kind of tedious for every line.
