Paul - I actually have the same problem with Emacs. I did submit a bug
report a while ago, but I didn't hear anything else about it. I recently
moved to Windows 2000 and put on a new version of Emacs. I got the same
exact problem when I used my old .emacs file. (The one that works perfectly
in X-Emacs.) This has been the main reason that I haven't moved over to
Emacs. I'll submit another bug report to see if it helps.
Thanks,
Marc

Yes, but only ideas, in absence of the necessary information about your
