Classpath question

Hello,

I am running NT Emacs with cygwin and JDE.   I have several scripts that
dynamically set my classpath (bash scripts, and NT cmd scripts).  I am
wondering if there is some way I can incorporate these scripts to set
the 'jde-set-global-classpath' variable. Can anyone help me?
