I think there are probablty small ommisions in the project context
switching. I've noticed similar things going wrong.

I suspect that the problem really comes down to the fact that it's
hard to tell when exactly to reload a JDE project file for a
particular buffer.

If one does it whenever the cursor enters the buffer that would be
too much, even doing it on compile would probably be too much (since
somtimes one wants to set particular parameters and not update the
project file).

I remember Paul saying that this is one of the things he's working on
and I guess once the debugger is finished these usability features
will be in his sights.


Lastly, please remember that the way people manage their projects is
almost infinitely varied and thus building a decent project solution
is really hard.
