JDE-cflow install problem

HI, All!
In my .emacs file I have:
(require 'jde-cflow)

Then I tried to start Emacs, I got :
Error in init file: error: "Required feature jde-cflow was not
provided".
in *Message* buffer.

How I can setup jde-cflow ?
