Yes, at some point. One facility I really like BTW is Emacs desktop.el.

I put a desktop file in each of my project directories and I put an icon
for each
project on my Windows desktop. When I want to work on a project, I click on
its icon
and Emacs comes up in the exact state I left it for that project.
