emacs20.6.1 on Windows NT 4.0

I was just trying out the new "Classes" menu and noticed that not all
methods are appearing here. Any methods that have final variables
aren't displaying at all.
For example,
public void foo( final int a )
doesn't show but
public void foo( int a )
does.
This also happens with the speedbar.
BTW The "rescan" option also doesn't seem to be working but I'm
assuming from the stars (*) around the word that it just hasn't been
implemented yet.
