Yes and no. So (correct me if I'm wrong):
1. prj.el settings override .emacs settings
2. new prj.el files take any already-saved values from .emacs on creation
3. to fix my current prj.el's, I need to set the bindings, do a "set for
current session" and then save the project file.
Is this right?
