When you use JDEbug, I'm not sure why the vm cannot find the VMStartException class. You should be aware that the JDK1.3 JRE vm does not support debugging. You should set your JAVA_HOME variable to JDK1.3 (not JDK1.3/jre). You also need to set jde-run-classic-mode on when debugging with JDK 1.3. - Paul >Thanks a lot, >Rohit! > >--- > >//////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// >// Rohit Kapoor // >// Graduate Student // >// Department of Computing Science // >// University of Alberta, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada // >// // >// Office: CAB-389 Telephone: 1-780-492-2316 // >// Fax/Voice Mail: 1-801-504-7534 // >// Email: [EMAIL PROTECTED] (finger for more) // >// Internet: http://www.cs.ualberta.ca/~kapoor // >//////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// >// I don't suffer from insanity, I enjoy every moment of it! // >//////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// > >Attachment Converted: "g:\eudora\attach\MAIL1.TXT" > ------------------------------------------------------------ TECH SUPPORT POLICY I respond only to requests that contain a complete problem report.
