I would be surprised if the JDE ran on this version of XEmacs. I believe
you need XEmacs 20
at least. Further, I suggest that as an Emacs novice, you are better off
using Emacs, it is simpler to install and use and equally as functional.

There is no need to have a separate form for each package. The following
is fine:
